A signed statement of work, just uploaded. Each extracted term sits beside the clause that supports it. Press Confirm; nothing is monitored until you do.
How it works
Import. Check. Confirm. Track.
Upload an agreement you already signed, or open the fictional sample. Agreedio shows the extracted terms beside the source wording. You confirm the record, its owner and the date rule. Only then does monitoring start.
- 01
Upload agreements, one or a thousand
Drop in a signed PDF, a whole folder, or connect Google Drive, SharePoint or Dropbox. Processing status, retries and the original file are always visible. Scanned or unusual formats say so rather than guessing.

- 02
Review the source-backed terms
Each extracted term points at the clause that supports it. Missing or ambiguous terms stay visible as unknowns; nothing is silently turned into a date. Extracted is not confirmed until a person says so.

- 03
Confirm the record, owner and date rules
A named owner, a fixed date or an explicit calendar-day offset, and a record of who confirmed what, when, on which source. The arithmetic is shown in full with no silent business-day adjustment.

- 04
Act before the window closes
Internal reminders arrive before the dates you choose, in-app and by email. Every action has an owner and a state, a failed delivery is shown as failed, and an amendment supersedes only the actions it affects.

- HubSpot syncCompanies and deals linked to their agreements, with two-way status.
Dates and accountability
The notice deadline is not the term end.
An agreement that ends on 30 September with 90 days' notice needs a decision by 2 July, and someone should be preparing well before that. Agreedio keeps the three dates apart: the term end, the latest notice date under the rule you confirmed, and the internal preparation you schedule. The arithmetic is shown in full, in calendar days, with no silent weekend or business-day adjustment.
- 01Fixed dates or explicit calendar-day offsets, confirmed by a person, never inferred from a signature image
- 02Ambiguous wording is flagged. You choose a reviewed rule or leave monitoring off for that date
- 03Every confirmed date records who confirmed it, when, and on which source version
Term: 1 Oct 2026 → 30 Sep 2027
Rule R2: notice at least 90 calendar days before term end. Amendment A1 § 3
30 Sep 2027 − 90 calendar days = 2 Jul 2027. Calendar days, no weekend or holiday adjustment.
Confirmed on 18 Mar 2027 by Maya Okafor. Reminders for the superseded R1 rule were cancelled; already-sent reminders stay in history.
Internal reminders

- −30d2 Jun 2027
- −14d18 Jun 2027
- −7d25 Jun 2027
- −1d1 Jul 2027
Using your selected rule, the latest-notice date is 2 Jul 2027. Confirm receipt/send requirements and any business-day rules. An internal reminder is not a notice to the counterparty.
Current version and amendments
The latest upload does not win by default.
When an amendment arrives you review exactly what changed, from which clause. Until you confirm it, the previous baseline still governs and the record carries a review warning. After you confirm, the new terms take effect from their stated date, only the affected reminders are superseded, and the history stays intact.

Effect on the notice date

New terms need review. The prior confirmed schedule remains visible; do not assume it reflects this amendment.

- 02Future-effective amendments are scheduled, not written over today's terms
- 03Already-sent reminders remain in history; only pending ones under the old rule are cancelled
Owners and reminders
A reminder that failed is shown as failed.
Every task and reminder has a named owner, a due date and a state. If a message cannot be delivered you see it, in plain words, and can reassign it on the spot. When a colleague leaves, their agreements, tasks and dates are handed over, not lost. Confirmed reminders run on deterministic application logic and keep running if your AI allowance is used up.
See the action queueWe could not confirm delivery. Review the action and update the recipient or delivery settings. Delivery not confirmed. Recipient mailbox rejected the message; reassign or update the address.
Reminder text: “An agreement you own needs a renewal decision. Review the confirmed terms and next action in Agreedio. This is an internal reminder, not a notice to the counterparty.”
- 01In-app queue and internal email, with retry, reconciliation and owner reassignment
- 02Internal reminders are for your team. They do not notify the counterparty and are not legally effective notices
- 03Marking a task done records an internal decision. Sending a notice remains a human step through the required method

Scale
Bring in the whole back catalogue.
A spreadsheet of 200 agreements and a shared drive of PDFs become one reviewed register in an afternoon. Nothing is auto-confirmed: every imported date is a suggestion until a person accepts it against the source.
- Batch migrationMap your columns once, review the suggestions, confirm in bulk where the source agrees.
- Portfolio answers“Which vendor agreements auto-renew in Q3?” Answered from confirmed records, with the clause cited.
- Renewal briefsA one-page brief lands with the owner before each decision: terms, dates, spend, options.
- Connectors and calendarGoogle Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive and Dropbox in; confirmed dates out to Outlook and Google Calendar.

Close the loop on new agreements.
Proposals, SOWs and change orders start from approved templates, go out for signature, and file themselves into the same register with the same owners, dates and reminders from day one.
- Proposals and SOWsCreate from templates with approved inputs. Track every one from draft to countersigned.
- Change ordersScope changes are raised and approved against the governing agreement, then become amendments.
- E-signatureSend for signature from the record. The signed copy comes back and the terms are extracted for review.
- HubSpot syncCompanies and deals carry their agreement summary; status flows both ways.
Integrations

Focused by design
Built for the teams who actually run agreements.
Agreedio is agreement administration for finance, operations and administration teams: ordinary customer and vendor agreements, kept current, signed, and acted on. It sits beside your accounting, CRM and procurement tools rather than trying to replace them, and it never gives legal advice.
See the platform overviewDeliberately out of scope:
- Manage procurement, sourcing or spend
- Provide invoicing, accounting or payments
- Handle grant accounting or funder reporting
- Replace your CRM wholesale
- Send notices to a counterparty or give legal advice
Everything else about the agreements you hold, from import to signature, lives in one register.
Who it is for
Three teams, one register.
Small-business finance and operations
Software and professional-services teams with a growing book of customer and vendor agreements, a spreadsheet that has stopped keeping up, and a renewal that surprised someone.
Contract management for small businessNonprofit operations and administration
Vendor, consulting and service agreements kept together with their amendments and owner decisions, beside the grant and donor systems you already run.
Contract management for nonprofitsAnyone chasing renewal reminders
You know roughly when things renew. You do not know the exact notice date, who owns the decision, or whether last year's amendment changed it. Start there.

Keep what works. Add the part that is missing.
A spreadsheet and a shared drive
A spreadsheet can work well for a small number of stable agreements. Agreedio is for teams that want source documents, confirmed terms, amendments and assigned actions connected.

Security and data
Your agreements stay yours.
Original files are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped to your workspace and its named users, and everything you confirm is exportable at any time. AI extraction runs on your documents to produce suggestions; it never confirms anything on your behalf.
Encrypted and scoped
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, workspace-scoped access for named users only.
Counterparties never contacted
Counterparties are labels on a record. They never receive access or messages from Agreedio.
Export at any time
Original files, the register as CSV and confirmed metadata as JSON, during the term and for 30 days after.
Deterministic reminders
Confirmed reminders run on application logic, not on the AI allowance, so they keep running.
