What the calculator does not do.
- Calendar-day subtraction only. It does not adjust for weekends, public holidays or business-day rules; if your clause uses any of those, review the result rather than relying on it.
- It does not distinguish between notice sent and notice received. Many clauses turn on receipt; check the wording.
- It does not know your timezone. Dates are treated as whole days.
- It is not legal advice and it does not read your contract. The date you enter is your reading of the clause.
- Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.
This is one date. The product keeps all of them.
