PlannedPlanned · Phase 2

Calendar export is planned as a snapshot, not live sync.

Phase 2 calendar export would let a user download confirmed agreement dates as an .ics snapshot. The file would describe the source revision and remind the user to replace the calendar entry when an amendment changes the date rule.

Phase 2. A snapshot, not a live sync. When a confirmed date changes you are told to replace the file; the old one is not updated in place.

Why this is labelled the way it is

This is planned after a credible paid cohort shows confirmed dates are being reused. Shipping requires labelled .ics snapshots, revision context and clear replacement guidance after amendments.

01Planned

Only confirmed dates would be exported.

When it ships, the .ics file would include reviewed dates with owners and source revisions. Ambiguous, missing-source or unconfirmed dates would stay out until a person resolves them.

Phase 2. A snapshot, not a live sync. When a confirmed date changes you are told to replace the file; the old one is not updated in place.

The planned export lists the confirmed latest-notice date and term end.

02Planned

The event would explain its source.

A calendar entry for Alder Works would carry enough context to get back to the Agreedio record and the rule revision that created it, without putting confidential contract text in the event by default.

Rule R2: notice at least 90 calendar days before term end. Amendment A1 § 3

30 Sep 2027 − 90 calendar days = 2 Jul 2027. Calendar days, no weekend or holiday adjustment.

Confirmed on 18 Mar 2027 by Maya Okafor. Reminders for the superseded R1 rule were cancelled; already-sent reminders stay in history.

Using your selected rule, the latest-notice date is 2 Jul 2027. Confirm receipt/send requirements and any business-day rules. An internal reminder is not a notice to the counterparty.

The timeline provides the rule revision behind the exported date.

03Planned

Amendments would require replacement.

If Amendment A1 changes the latest-notice date from 1 Aug 2027 to 2 Jul 2027, the user would be told to replace the old .ics snapshot. Phase 2 would not update calendars live.

Scheduled initial-term fees

12 months, no proration, tax or early termination modelled.

New terms need review. The prior confirmed schedule remains visible; do not assume it reflects this amendment.

The amended date rule would trigger replacement guidance for the snapshot.

04Planned

Internal reminders would remain the source of truth.

The action queue would still show owner, due date, failed delivery and reassignment. A copied calendar event would not replace the internal reminder state.

Northline Studio · ActionsFictional sample
  • We could not confirm delivery. Review the action and update the recipient or delivery settings. Delivery not confirmed. Recipient mailbox rejected the message; reassign or update the address.

Reminder text: “An agreement you own needs a renewal decision. Review the confirmed terms and next action in Agreedio. This is an internal reminder, not a notice to the counterparty.

The queue remains the operational record after an .ics export.

How it works

How this would work.

Planned for Phase 2. The steps below describe the intended behaviour; they become a promise only when the feature ships and this label changes.
  1. 01

    Confirm the date rule

The planned export would start only from confirmed dates and owners.

  2. 02

    Choose which dates to include

Users would select the confirmed agreement dates they want in the snapshot.

  3. 03

    Download the .ics file

The file would carry source and revision context, plus limited event details.

  4. 04

    Replace it after changes

Amendments or owner changes would prompt replacement guidance, not automatic live updates.

What it does not do.

  • It is planned Phase 2 work and not part of the Phase 1 preview.
  • It would be a snapshot, not live calendar sync or a two-way integration.
  • It would not export ambiguous or unsupported dates as if they were confirmed.
  • It would not guarantee how a user's calendar client displays, alerts or updates events.
  • It would not send notices to counterparties or replace the internal action queue.
