PreviewFor operations teams

Keep contract work moving when ownership changes.

Operations teams often inherit the agreement register, the shared drive and the action list. Agreedio connects the source document, owner, confirmed dates and action queue so a handover does not become a search exercise.

No sales call required. Keep your current signing and accounting tools.

The day this changes

Before

An owner leaves. Their calendar held three renewal reminders, and the spreadsheet did not say who should take over each decision.

A colleague asks for the current agreement. The folder has a signed SOW, an amendment and an email thread, but no clear governing baseline.

Operations runs weekly follow-up from a task board that is not connected to the notice rule or source document.

After

Every active agreement has an owner. Reassignment moves the agreement, upcoming actions and internal reminders without sending anything to a removed member.

The current baseline is visible with its sources. An amendment is reviewed before it changes the record or supersedes pending reminders.

The action queue becomes the operational list: what is open, scheduled, failed or done, who owns it, and which agreement it belongs to.

01

Import and check the operating baseline.

Upload the signed agreement and any amendment, then confirm which source governs each key term. Operations gets a record that explains the current state instead of a folder with competing files.

Governing sources

  • SOW-S1 (signed, 21 Sep 2026)
  • Amendment A1 (signed, 15 Mar 2027)
  • Schedule 2 (attachment, not governing)
Amendment A1 § 3
Either party may give notice not to renew at least ninety (90) calendar days before the end of the term.

Confirmed by Maya Okafor on 18 Mar 2027, based on Amendment A1 § 3.

The agreement record ties fields to sources, owners and review state.

02

Notice dates with an accountable owner.

No monitored date exists without a named owner. If that person leaves, the workspace shows the reassignment work needed across agreements, actions and reminders.

The confirmed latest-notice date is attached to the owner responsible for preparation.

Amendments and actions in one queue.

A reviewed amendment can change the current baseline and action schedule. Failed reminder deliveries appear in the queue with a path to reassign or update the recipient.

The queue keeps renewal decisions, failed reminders and completed amendment reviews together.

Honest fit.

For operations teams that own contract administration after signing: handovers, dates, owners and follow-up. It does not replace HR offboarding, procurement, accounting or a legal review process.

Not part of this product:

  • HR offboarding workflows
  • Procurement, sourcing or vendor negotiation
  • Invoicing, accounting or payments
  • Autonomous counterparty notices
  • Live calendar sync

Objections

What you will say before you try it.

We already have a task board.
Keep it for general work. Agreedio is for agreement actions that need the source, current terms, notice rule and owner attached.
Actions and reminders
People leave. Calendars do not travel.
That is the point of the owner model. A removed member creates a reassignment need rather than leaving active reminders in their inbox.
Dates and owners
Will this send notices for us?
No. The queue prepares internal work. Your team decides what to send, checks the required method and sends it outside Agreedio.
