PreviewFor fractional CFOs and advisers

Check a client's agreements without a migration project.

A fractional CFO or adviser may need to understand current fees, renewal dates and owner accountability across a client's agreements. Agreedio starts with one authorised agreement and labels any adviser-led setup as assisted. No referral programme is active.

No sales call required. Keep your current signing and accounting tools.

The day this changes

Before

A client asks what renews this quarter. The adviser receives a folder, a spreadsheet and a warning that nobody has checked amendments recently.

The practical need is not a data migration. It is one agreement with a live renewal decision, a current fee and a named owner.

An adviser might help set up the workspace. If that happens, it must be recorded honestly rather than counted as independent activation.

After

The adviser and client can walk through one authorised agreement, confirm the key terms and decide whether the workflow is worth continuing.

Current fees, renewal dates and actions are visible with their sources, so the adviser can discuss the record without treating it as accounting or legal advice.

If an adviser sets up the workspace, Agreedio logs it as assisted. A 20% first-year commission was discussed as an illustration, but it is not an active programme.

01

Import and check one client source.

Start with one signed agreement the client is authorised to use. Extracted terms remain suggestions until confirmed, so an adviser can help structure the review without pretending a migration has happened.

This Statement of Work commences on 1 October 2026.

Suggested from the document. Review before using this for monitoring.

The import screen keeps the client's source wording beside each candidate term.

02

Notice dates with the client owner.

The client names the owner and confirms the rule. The adviser can see the action, but internal reminders are for the workspace owner and do not send counterparty notices.

Rule R2: notice at least 90 calendar days before term end. Amendment A1 § 3

30 Sep 2027 − 90 calendar days = 2 Jul 2027. Calendar days, no weekend or holiday adjustment.

Confirmed on 18 Mar 2027 by Maya Okafor. Reminders for the superseded R1 rule were cancelled; already-sent reminders stay in history.

Using your selected rule, the latest-notice date is 2 Jul 2027. Confirm receipt/send requirements and any business-day rules. An internal reminder is not a notice to the counterparty.

The timeline shows the confirmed rule and the owner accountable for the renewal decision.

03

Amendments and actions for the handover.

Review an amendment before it changes the current baseline. If the adviser prepares the workspace or cleans data, that setup is logged as assisted rather than independent activation.

Reminder text: “An agreement you own needs a renewal decision. Review the confirmed terms and next action in Agreedio. This is an internal reminder, not a notice to the counterparty.

The action queue shows what the client owns next and what has already been reviewed.

Honest fit.

For advisers helping a client organise ordinary agreements and renewal work without a full migration. It is not an active referral programme, managed service, accounting tool or legal-advice product.

Not part of this product:

  • An active referral or affiliate programme
  • Advertising the illustrative 20% first-year commission
  • Managed migration as a required setup path
  • Accounting, invoicing or payment collection
  • Legal advice or enforceability opinions
  • CRM replacement or HubSpot sync

Objections

What you will say before you try it.

Do advisers earn commission?
No active referral programme exists. A 20% first-year commission was discussed as an illustrative option for later testing, and should not be advertised as available.
Partner test design
Can I set it up for a client?
You can help if the client wants that and is authorised to use the documents. The workspace should log that setup as assisted, not independent activation.

Does this replace advisory judgement?
No. Agreedio organises source-backed terms, dates and actions. Advisers still apply their judgement, and legal questions remain outside the product.
