What does a scheduled total mean?

It is a product-side calculation under stated assumptions, such as 12 months with no proration, tax or early termination. It is not recognised revenue.

Can it prove a fee is enforceable?

Before

Finance asks for the current monthly fee on the Alder Works retainer. One person opens the SOW, another remembers Amendment A1, and both numbers look plausible.

The vendor subscription list is in a spreadsheet. Fernhill Cloud, Larkspur Payroll and Bramble Books each have a different renewal owner and notice date.

A scheduled total is copied into a forecast without the assumptions that produced it. Nobody knows whether it came from 12 months, proration or tax.

The current fee reads USD 6,500, confirmed from Amendment A1 § 2. The original USD 6,000 value remains in history with its source.
