Governing sources are chosen explicitly.

MSAs, SOWs, amendments and attachments can be linked, but precedence is not guessed from upload order or filename. The record shows which source governs each confirmed field.

How it works

From upload to a confirmed record.

Four steps, and the third one is yours: nothing is monitored until a person confirms the record, its owner and the date rule.
  1. 01

    Upload or link the amendment

Attach the new source to the existing agreement instead of creating a second active record.

  2. 02

    Review the proposed field changes

Compare old value, new value and source reference for each affected term.

  3. 03

    Confirm precedence and effective date

A person decides whether the amendment governs and when the new rule starts.

  4. 04

    Check the recalculated actions

Affected future reminders are replaced; history and unchanged fields remain intact.

What it does not do.

Later: Phase 2 renewal briefs are planned to draw on the confirmed amendment history. Phase 3 change-order drafting is conditional on retained paid demand.

  • It does not make the newest upload the governing source by default.
  • It does not provide a legal interpretation of precedence or enforceability.
  • It does not draft amendments, change orders or tracked-change documents in Phase 1.
  • It does not rewrite historical terms after a future-effective amendment.
  • It does not send a counterparty notice when an internal decision is marked complete.
