A reminder is only useful if someone owns it and failure is visible. Agreedio creates internal actions from confirmed records, sends minimal internal email, records delivery state and lets an authorised user retry or reassign when something fails.

The queue shows the work, not just the date.

Each action has an agreement, owner, due date, state and source context. Maya's renewal decision is due on 3 May 2027 because it is 60 days before the confirmed latest-notice date.

The queue separates open, scheduled, failed and done internal actions.

Reminder messages stay internal by default.

Internal email uses minimal content and an authenticated link back to Agreedio. It is not a notice to Alder Works, and it does not attach contract files by default.

Using your selected rule, the latest-notice date is 2 Jul 2027. Confirm receipt/send requirements and any business-day rules. An internal reminder is not a notice to the counterparty.

Reminder dates sit before the latest-notice date and point back to the confirmed rule.

03Preview

Failures create work instead of silence.

A bounced or unconfirmed delivery is marked failed with a plain reason. An authorised user can update the recipient, retry or reassign the action so the failure is not hidden in an email log.

The failed reminder explains that delivery was not confirmed and asks for review.

04Preview

Confirmed reminders do not depend on AI credits.

Once a date rule is confirmed, scheduling and dispatch use deterministic application logic. New extraction or briefing work may pause at a plan limit, but confirmed reminders continue during the service term.

How it works

Four steps, and the third one is yours: nothing is monitored until a person confirms the record, its owner and the date rule.

    Confirm the source-backed date rule

    Actions start from a reviewed date, source version and owner, not an unreviewed extraction.

  2. 02

    Choose internal reminder timing

    Schedule preparation dates relative to the latest-notice date or record an explicit no-date state.

  3. 03

    Work the action queue

    Mark a decision, add an internal note, reassign the owner or review a failed delivery.

  4. 04

    Keep history with the record

    Completed and superseded actions remain attached to the agreement and source revision.

What it does not do.

Later: Phase 2 may add Slack or Teams internal alerts only if retained users show email and queue alerts miss their workflow.

  • It does not send legal or commercial notices to counterparties.
  • It does not promise that an email will be delivered, opened or acted on.
  • It does not let AI decide to end, renew or renegotiate an agreement.
  • It does not activate monitoring when the owner or date rule is missing.
  • It does not include Slack or Teams alerts in Phase 1; those are conditional Phase 2 work.
