Agreedio and Trackado, fact by fact.

Trackado is a direct contract-tracking benchmark. Its public pricing page advertises repository, reminders, events, partners, reports and workflows. Agreedio is a narrower preview focused on checked sources, confirmed rules and internal actions.

Agreedio is in preview, with intended $49 and $99 monthly prices. Trackado's public pages show a transparent tracking offer at similar entry pricing. The useful question is whether source checking, amendment handling and accountable internal actions fit your workflow.

01

Checked onboarding, not just a row.

Agreedio starts from a signed document and shows each extracted term beside its source. The field is not active until someone confirms it. That is the workflow to test against a tracker you already trust.

A reminder has an owner and a state.

The product separates term end from latest notice, attaches the rule to a named owner and shows failed delivery. Internal reminders continue on deterministic logic even when AI extraction is paused.
