The day this changes
The shared folder has signed files, draft names and old versions. The spreadsheet has dates, and the calendar has reminders that only one person can see.
An owner asks whether a contract renewed. The administrator checks the folder, the spreadsheet and an email thread before answering.
A contractor agreement is recorded by hand because the document was not imported. Later, nobody can tell it apart from a source-backed value.
One register shows the agreement, source state, owner, term end, latest notice and next action. Rows that need review say so.
The office manager can open the field and see the clause or the manual-entry label behind it, instead of trusting a spreadsheet cell.
Internal reminders and failed deliveries appear in the action queue, so follow-up is visible before the notice date passes.

Keep the term end, latest-notice date and preparation reminders separate. Each monitored date belongs to a named owner, not to a private calendar entry.

When an amendment arrives, review what changed before updating the record. The action queue shows open, scheduled, failed and done work connected to the agreement.
Actions and remindersWe could not confirm delivery. Review the action and update the recipient or delivery settings. Delivery not confirmed. Recipient mailbox rejected the message; reassign or update the address.
Reminder text: “An agreement you own needs a renewal decision. Review the confirmed terms and next action in Agreedio. This is an internal reminder, not a notice to the counterparty.”
