How accurate is the extraction?

We hold an internal release target for critical fields on a defined test set, and we do not publish it as a marketing claim. Human confirmation remains required regardless. Precision, coverage, correction time and unresolved cases are measured and reviewed before each release.

What file types are supported?

Signed PDFs to begin with. Supported formats, scan limits and page limits are stated in the product and on the pricing page before you buy.

Does uploading a contract commit me to anything?

No. You must be authorised to share the document. Nothing is monitored until you confirm the record, and you can delete or export it at any time.

Each candidate carries the plan's own words: “Suggested from the document. Review before using this for monitoring.” Confirming records who, when and on which source. Editing keeps the provenance. Nothing moves into the register unreviewed.

Dates, fees, notice wording, method and recipient, and the relationship, each with the clause that supports it.

Confirm, edit, or leave unresolved
Confirmed terms record the person, date and source. Unresolved ones stay visible and monitor nothing.

Name the owner and the date rule
Only then does the agreement join the active register and its reminders get scheduled.

What it does not do.

Later: batch import of folders and spreadsheets, with duplicate review and preserved column meanings, is planned for Phase 2.

It does not bulk-import folders or spreadsheets in Phase 1; that is planned for Phase 2.
It does not pull files from Google Drive, SharePoint or email; one document connector is planned for Phase 2.
It does not treat a signature image or an uploaded PDF as proof of execution; you confirm execution status.
It does not guess at scanned or unusual formats; it tells you what it could not read.
