No. Grant accounting, funder reporting, restricted-fund accounting and donor CRM are outside the product. This page is about ordinary vendor, service and consulting agreements.

Can it send a notice to a vendor?

No. Reminders are internal prompts to the owner. Your team remains responsible for reviewing the agreement and sending any required notice through the required method.

Is the nonprofit page proof of a niche?

No. It is an acquisition test. We need real activation, payment and support evidence before treating nonprofits as a distinct market.

Before

Vendor agreements live in a drive folder, a grant system and an administrator's calendar. Fernhill Cloud renews soon, but nobody knows which notice rule was confirmed.

Larkspur Payroll has a service notice, Ines Baró has a contractor end date, and Bramble Books has a subscription renewal. The rows are not together.

A consulting amendment arrives by email. The grant-accounting system is not the right place to decide whether it changes a notice date.

After

Each ordinary vendor or consulting agreement is one record with the source document, owner, term end, latest-notice date and review state.

The notice rule is confirmed before monitoring starts. Internal reminders go to the nonprofit owner; they are not notices to Fernhill Cloud, Larkspur Payroll or any counterparty.

An amendment is reviewed against the previous baseline. If it changes a fee or notice period, the affected actions move and the old schedule remains visible.

We are a nonprofit, not a software company.: The core job is the same: keep ordinary agreements, amendments, owners and notice dates together. We are testing whether nonprofit administrators need that focused workflow, not claiming a separate nonprofit module.
Our grant system already tracks obligations.: Keep it for grants, restricted funds and funder reporting. Agreedio is for vendor and consulting agreements that need source-backed terms, owners and internal renewal actions.
We cannot miss a notice window.: No tool should promise a guaranteed legal deadline. Agreedio shows the rule, asks a person to confirm it, names the owner and shows failed reminder delivery instead of hiding it.
