PlannedPlanned · Phase 2

Portfolio answers are planned for source-backed questions.

Phase 2 portfolio answers would let an authorised user ask the register practical questions, such as which agreements need review before July. Answers would cite confirmed records and source versions, show unknown coverage and avoid unsupported totals or legal conclusions.

Which vendor agreements have a notice deadline in the next 90 days?

Two. Cloud hosting — Fernhill Cloud (latest notice 1 May 2027, owner Dev Rana, confirmed from Order Form § 4) and Payroll service — Larkspur Payroll (latest notice 31 May 2027, owner Dev Rana; notice wording still marked needs review). Harbor & Pine has no confirmed rule and is excluded.

Phase 2. Answers cite the confirmed record and its source; they never invent a term. Authorised users only, within the workspace.

Why this is labelled the way it is

This is planned after Phase 1 proves a credible paid cohort and Phase 2 usage shows real portfolio reviews. Shipping requires authorised answers with citations, unknown coverage and manageable support cost.

01Planned

Questions would run against authorised records.

When it ships, an answer would respect the same agreement permissions as the register. A user would not see a source, summary or result for a restricted record through the question box.

The planned answer shows which records were included and which were not accessible.

02Planned

Citations would point back to confirmed sources.

An answer about Alder Works would cite the agreement record, SOW-S1 or Amendment A1. It would distinguish confirmed terms from suggested, manual and missing-source values.

Governing sources

  • SOW-S1 (signed, 21 Sep 2026)
  • Amendment A1 (signed, 15 Mar 2027)
  • Schedule 2 (attachment, not governing)
Amendment A1 § 3
Either party may give notice not to renew at least ninety (90) calendar days before the end of the term.

Confirmed by Maya Okafor on 18 Mar 2027, based on Amendment A1 § 3.

The record view provides the cited source for each confirmed answer.

03Planned

Unknowns would not become zeros.

A missing notice clause, missing document or unresolved fee would be counted as unknown coverage. The answer would not call it zero obligation, no renewal or no value.

The planned brief separates commercial schedule context from accounting conclusions.

How it works

How this would work.

Planned for Phase 2. The steps below describe the intended behaviour; they become a promise only when the feature ships and this label changes.
  1. 01

    Confirm the records first

The planned answer layer would depend on source-backed records and visible unknown states.

  2. 02

    Ask a scoped portfolio question

Questions would use authorised records and practical filters, not unrestricted chat over all files.

  3. 03

    Review cited records and gaps

The answer would list sources, excluded records and unknown coverage before you act.

  4. 04

Save or follow up with actions

Useful answers would lead back to records, owners and internal actions.

What it does not do.

  • It is planned Phase 2 work, not a generic unlimited chat feature.
  • It would not bypass agreement permissions or use data across tenants.
  • It would not put contract text, party names or sensitive clauses into product analytics.
  • It would not provide legal advice, enforceability opinions or universal risk scores.
  • It would not treat unknown values as zero or combine currencies into a single total.
