02Preview

Notice dates and preparation dates stay separate.

The contractual latest-notice date is not the same as the day Maya should start preparing. Internal reminders can be scheduled 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 calendar days before the latest-notice date.

03Preview

Every monitored date needs an owner.

A confirmed date rule does not become active without a named owner. If that owner loses access or leaves the workspace, an admin exception prompts reassignment instead of sending confidential reminders to the wrong person.

    Read the candidate beside the source wording before it becomes a monitored fact.

    Choose the supported date rule

    Confirm a fixed date or explicit calendar-day offset, or leave the rule unresolved.

  3. 03

    Name the internal owner

    Assign the person responsible for the renewal decision or next action.

  4. 04

    Schedule internal reminders

    The system schedules deterministic internal reminders and records the rule revision they came from.

What it does not do.

Later: Phase 2 is planned to add an .ics snapshot for confirmed dates. Additional business-day semantics ship only if repeated retained use blocks on them.

  • It does not silently convert business days, calendar months or conditional renewals into calendar-day rules.
  • It does not guarantee that a deadline is legally sufficient or that a notice will be effective.
  • It does not send notices to counterparties; reminders are internal only.
  • It does not monitor a date without a confirmed owner and supported rule.
  • It does not provide live calendar sync in Phase 1 or Phase 2.
