A narrow product, on purpose.

Most small organisations already have a contract repository. It is a folder, a spreadsheet and somebody's calendar. The failure is not that the documents are lost; it is that the current terms, the amendments, the notice dates and the person responsible drift apart until a renewal surprises someone.

We chose to build for the people who actually maintain that register: finance, operations and administration at small businesses and nonprofits. Not lawyers, not procurement, not enterprises. Ordinary customer and vendor agreements, kept current and acted on.

Contract software has a habit of promising the whole lifecycle at once. We are testing something smaller: that a checked record with a named owner and a confirmed notice date is worth paying for on its own, and that people will buy it without a sales call.

So the first release imports what you already signed, checks it against the source, and tracks it. Proposals, signing, CRM sync and bulk migration are on a roadmap with explicit conditions, not in the product. We would rather say 'not yet' on this site than 'coming soon' forever.

There are no customer logos, testimonials, savings figures or certifications on this site, because we do not have them yet. Every screen is a fictional sample and says so. Prices are published as hypotheses during the preview. When we have real results, with permission, they will appear with their denominators.

The same rule applies inside the product. An extracted term is a suggestion until a person confirms it. A notice date is calculated only from a rule someone reviewed. An internal reminder is never a notice to a counterparty.

Cognesio LLP also builds LegalAI Space, a private AI workspace for legal professionals. The two products share engineering foundations and nothing else: no shared customer data, subscriptions or access.
