Most small organisations already have a contract repository. It is a folder, a spreadsheet and somebody's calendar. The failure is not that the documents are lost; it is that the current terms, amendments, notice dates and person responsible drift apart until a renewal surprises someone.

We build for the people who maintain that register: finance, operations and administration at small businesses and nonprofits. Ordinary customer and vendor agreements, kept current and acted on.

Contract software often promises the whole lifecycle while hiding the source of truth. Agreedio takes the opposite route: checked records first, then migration, portfolio answers, documents, commercial drafts, signature and HubSpot around the same source-backed record.

That focus keeps the platform understandable. It does not become procurement, accounting, legal advice, grant reporting, CPQ or a wholesale CRM replacement.

There are no customer logos, testimonials, savings figures or certifications on this site. Every sample screen is fictional and says so. When real public evidence is available with permission, it appears with its denominators.

The same rule applies inside the product. An extracted term is a suggestion until a person confirms it. A notice date is calculated only from a rule someone reviewed. An internal reminder is never a notice to a counterparty.

Agreedio focuses on business-owned agreement administration. It shares no customer data, subscriptions or access with other products.
