An in-app queue and internal email with retry, reconciliation and reassignment. A reminder that could not be delivered is marked failed and explained in plain words. Confirmed reminders run on deterministic logic and keep running when your AI allowance is used up.

What it does not do.

Later: batch migration, renewal briefs, portfolio answers, a calendar snapshot and one document connector are planned for Phase 2; proposals, change orders, signing and HubSpot are conditional Phase 3 work.

  • It does not create proposals, SOWs, legal templates or drafts.
  • It does not send signature requests or connect to an e-signature provider.
  • It does not sync with HubSpot or any CRM, and it does not manage procurement, sourcing or spend.
  • It does not provide invoicing, grant accounting or funder reporting.
  • It does not send notices to a counterparty; internal reminders are for your team only.
  • It does not give legal advice or establish that a contract is valid or enforceable.
  • It does not silently convert business days, calendar months or conditional renewals into calendar-day arithmetic.
