Import a signed agreement and check it against the source.

Upload one PDF. Each extracted term appears beside the clause that supports it, marked as a suggestion until you confirm it. Ambiguous wording and missing documents stay visible as unknowns; they are never turned into a date on your behalf.

Review amendments as a diff. The latest upload does not win.

Link MSAs, SOWs and attachments; choose the governing sources explicitly. An amendment shows which fields change, from what to what, on which clause. Until you confirm it the prior baseline governs; after, only the affected reminders are superseded.

How it works

From upload to a confirmed record.

Four steps, and the third one is yours: nothing is monitored until a person confirms the record, its owner and the date rule.
  1. 01

Upload an existing agreement, or open the sample

One signed PDF at a time to start. Processing status, retries and the original file are always visible.

  2. 02

    Review the source-backed terms

Each candidate points at the clause that supports it. Unknowns stay visible; nothing is inferred from a signature image.

  3. 03

Confirm the record, owner and date rule

A named owner, a fixed date or calendar-day offset, and a record of who confirmed what, when, on which source.

  4. 04

Manage actions and keep amendments connected

Internal reminders arrive before the dates you chose. Amendments are reviewed as diffs and supersede only what they affect.

What it does not do.

Later: batch migration, renewal briefs, portfolio answers, a calendar snapshot and one document connector are planned for Phase 2; proposals, change orders, signing and HubSpot are conditional Phase 3 work.

  • It does not create proposals, SOWs, legal templates or drafts.
  • It does not send signature requests or connect to an e-signature provider.
  • It does not sync with HubSpot or any CRM, and it does not manage procurement, sourcing or spend.
  • It does not provide invoicing, grant accounting or funder reporting.
  • It does not send notices to a counterparty; internal reminders are for your team only.
  • It does not give legal advice or establish that a contract is valid or enforceable.
  • It does not silently convert business days, calendar months or conditional renewals into calendar-day arithmetic.

Common questions.

Start with one agreement.
