How the limits work
What the numbers mean.
- Active agreements
- An agreement counts while it has a current term or an open action. Ended agreements stay in the register and in exports without counting against the limit.
- Users
- People in your organisation who can sign in. Counterparties are labels on a record; they never get access and are never contacted.
- AI allowance
- Extraction, source-grounded explanations, portfolio answers and amendment differences use the allowance. When it is used up, new AI work pauses until the next month; confirmed reminders keep running on deterministic logic.
- Service end and export
- You always see the exact service-end timestamp. Original files, the register and confirmed metadata are exportable during the term and for 30 days of read-only access afterwards.
