ConditionalConditional · Phase 3

Proposal and SOW drafting would ship only if retained customers prove the need.

This conditional Phase 3 module would draft proposals and SOWs from approved services, rates and user-supplied brief details. It would refuse unsupported claims, such as guaranteed 30% sales growth. Signed terms would link back to the agreement record after import and review.

Why this is labelled the way it is

This ships only if retained paying customers repeatedly need proposal/SOW drafting, at least five share the same job and workaround, and paid attach, support and processing economics hold.

01Conditional

Drafts would start from approved inputs.

If this ships, the assistant would use approved service definitions, rates, assumptions and exclusions. Missing delivery limits or client review details would become questions, not invented terms.

The conditional draft shows approved monthly design support inputs and missing details.

02Conditional

Unsupported claims would be refused.

The module would not write claims that lack support. In the sample, a request for guaranteed 30% sales growth must be rejected rather than softened into marketing copy.

No agent, model, CRM or connector setup is needed to finish this list.

The review checklist blocks unsupported claims before export.

03Conditional

Commercial totals would be deterministic.

Quantities, discounts, currency precision and totals would be calculated by code. The sample total of USD 72,000 comes from 12 months at USD 6,000, not from model arithmetic.

Calculated totals would be shown separately from legal or accounting conclusions.

04Conditional

Signed documents would return to the record.

After external signing, the executed SOW would be imported and compared with the approved draft. Candidate differences would need review before they became confirmed agreement terms.

How it works

How this would work, if it ships.

Conditional on retained customers needing it. The steps below describe the intended behaviour, not an available feature.
  1. 01

Collect the brief and approved inputs

The conditional flow would ask for missing information instead of inventing scope.

  2. 02

    Review the constrained draft

Users would edit placeholders, claims, scope, exclusions, dependencies and fees before export.

  3. 03

Export for the chosen signing process

Until native signing exists, users would sign with their existing tool.

  4. 04

    Import the executed copy

The signed document would be compared and linked back to the agreement record.

What it does not do.

  • It is conditional Phase 3 work, not available in Phase 1 or planned Phase 2.
  • It would not be a legal template library or legal advice service.
  • It would not create unsupported outcome claims, testimonials or guaranteed growth statements.
  • It would not include payments, CPQ, invoicing or accounting workflow.
  • It would not send native signature requests unless the separate e-signature module also ships.
