Active agreement

A non-archived agreement that counts against the plan limit because it is awaiting execution or active.

An active agreement is a plan-counting agreement that is not archived and is either awaiting execution or active in the lifecycle. Ended or archived originals may still be retained subject to storage and retention policy.

Amendments attached to the same agreement do not consume another active slot. Separately tracked agreements with their own schedules can count individually.

In Agreedio

Agreedio uses active agreement for pricing limits and should show the counting rule before import; it must not archive records silently to satisfy a cap.
