Agreement register
A structured list of agreements that keeps current terms, sources, owners and actions together for review.
An agreement register is more than a list of file names. It is the place where each agreement's counterparty, owner, source documents, key terms, dates, review state and open actions are recorded together.
A spreadsheet can be an agreement register when the book is small and carefully maintained. Agreedio uses the term for a source-backed register where confirmed fields and internal actions are connected.
