Assisted activation
An activation completed with live setup help, custom file work or staff data entry, tracked separately from self-service.
Assisted activation means a person from the company or partner materially helped the workspace complete activation. That can include guided setup, custom migration, data entry, file cleanup or account-specific troubleshooting.
Assistance can be the right thing to provide. It just should not be counted as independent activation when testing whether the product works self-service.
