Confirmed
A record state showing an authorised person accepted a value against a stated source and version.
Confirmed means a person has reviewed a value, source and interpretation and accepted it for the record. It is the state that can drive deterministic actions such as internal reminders.
A confirmed product field is not a legal opinion. It records who accepted what, when, and based on which source, so the operational workflow can proceed.
