Glossary
Date rule
A reviewed rule that turns a source date and convention into a monitored date, such as R1 or R2.
A date rule combines a source date, a stated notice period and a selected arithmetic convention. It is not merely the resulting date; it is the reasoning needed to reproduce and review that date.
In the sample, R1 uses the 60-calendar-day rule from SOW-S1. R2 uses the 90-calendar-day rule from Amendment A1. The amended rule produces 2 July 2027 from a 30 September 2027 term end.
In Agreedio
Agreedio supports explicit reviewed rules and leaves unsupported business-day, month-based or ambiguous wording unresolved rather than guessing.
