Internal reminder
A message or action for your own team before a date; it is not notice to the counterparty.
An internal reminder is a prompt sent to an owner or shown in an action queue so the team can prepare for a decision. It may sit days or weeks before the latest notice date.
It is not a notice to the counterparty. Completing an internal reminder does not prove that a notice was prepared, sent, received or legally effective.
