Glossary

Missing source

A state showing that a needed document, schedule or clause is absent, so the record should not pretend certainty.

Missing source means the record cannot find or access the document, schedule, clause or evidence needed to support a field. The absence may be explicit, as with the sample auto-renewal field marked not stated.

A missing source can still leave a useful register row, but it should block unsupported confirmation of the affected term or rule.

In Agreedio

Agreedio's wording is 'This agreement references a document we do not have. Its terms may change this result.'
