Owner
The named internal person accountable for an agreement or action, separate from signatory or counterparty contact.
An owner is the internal person responsible for keeping an agreement record or action moving. The owner is not necessarily the signer, lawyer, budget holder or counterparty contact.
In the sample, Maya Okafor owns the Alder Works record. If Maya leaves, the agreement and open actions need reassignment or exception handling.
