Service end / read-only export grace
The paid-through time and any export-only grace after it, with monitoring off once service ends.
Service end is the timestamp at which an entitled trial or paid period ends. Confirmed reminders continue only during the entitled service term, subject to the plan and current account state.
Read-only export grace is a limited period after service end when records can be viewed and exported but monitoring, new AI work and new reminders are off. The plan proposes 30 days, and public copy must match the implemented policy before launch.
It is not continued service and should not be described as a safety net for critical dates. A customer who needs monitoring must keep service active through the relevant date.
