Glossary
Source excerpt
The quoted text from a selected source that supports a proposed or confirmed field in the record.
A source excerpt is the quoted wording used to support a field, such as the SOW-S1 term sentence or Amendment A1 notice-period sentence in the sample. It lets a reviewer see why a value was proposed or confirmed.
An excerpt shows evidence, not legal certainty. The reader still has to confirm the governing source, interpretation and consequence before operational monitoring starts.
In Agreedio
Agreedio stores excerpts with field state and source version so a later reviewer can inspect the same basis, not a later conversion only.
