Amendment
A later source that may change selected terms of an agreement after review and confirmation.
An amendment is a later document or source that changes terms of an existing agreement. It may change some fields, leave others unchanged and take effect on a stated date.
In the sample, Amendment A1 changes the monthly fee and notice period but leaves the term end in SOW-S1 unchanged. Its effect is reviewed as a diff before B2 becomes active.
