Delivery failure
A visible state showing an internal reminder was not confirmed as delivered and needs recovery.
Delivery failure means the product could not confirm that an internal reminder reached its intended destination. It should create a recovery path rather than disappear into logs.
In the sample, the Larkspur Payroll reminder failed because the mailbox rejected the message. The owner or settings need review before the action can be treated as handled.
